Bouwinvest
Bouwinvest Residential Fund is the investor behind the 933 rental apartments within Eleven Square. The fund acquired the free sector rental apartments in Eleven Home and the student apartments in Eleven Base, along with the commercial spaces. Through this investment, Bouwinvest makes a significant contribution to the development of the new urban district.

Architects
The architecture of Eleven Square is the result of collaboration between MVRDV, NL Architects, Neutelings Riedijk Architects, Gensler and DELVA Landscape Architecture & Urbanism. Each firm brings its own vision and expertise. Together, the four buildings create a recognizable urban district with high-quality architecture and a strong emphasis on green spaces and public areas.
